Nandini Kuppachi

Nandini believes that real progress is made when diverse voices are not just included, but amplified—and that fostering a culture of recognition and encouragement is key to breaking down long-standing barriers.
Beyond her academic pursuits, Nandini is deeply involved in Special Education initiatives, where she advocates for equitable and inclusive learning environments. Her work in this space has strengthened her commitment to accessibility in STEM, ensuring that all students—regardless of ability—have the tools and support they need to succeed. She also finds joy in playing percussion, a creative outlet that allows her to explore rhythm, discipline, and teamwork. Additionally, Nandini dedicates her time to volunteering at local hospitals, where she supports patients and families with empathy and compassion.
Divyansha Nashine
Divyansha believes that every woman has the potential to forge a successful career in STEM and is passionate about creating inclusive spaces that celebrate and uplift women's achievements in science and technology. She strives to be a role model and mentor for young girls interested in STEM, encouraging them to break barriers and follow their passions fearlessly. Divyansha is particularly driven to challenge stereotypes and foster representation, knowing that visibility is a powerful tool for inspiring future generations.
Her interests span a wide range of disciplines, reflecting her curiosity and love for learning. Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Divyansha enjoys expressing her creativity through art, exploring new technologies, and building innovative projects through coding. Whether she’s designing digital solutions, participating in hackathons, or collaborating on community-focused tech projects, she aims to use technology as a force for good. Through everything she does, Divyansha hopes to blend creativity with impact and be part of shaping a future where all women feel empowered to lead, innovate, and thrive in STEM. She will be attending the University of Pennsylvania this fall, majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, with a minor in Statistics and Data Science through the Wharton School of Business.
Anika Seshan
Anika is passionate about shaping the future of artificial intelligence in a way that is ethical, inclusive, and impactful. She envisions a world where AI is not only a tool for innovation, but also a force for equity—bridging gaps in education, healthcare, and access to opportunity. Anika believes that technology should reflect the diversity of the people it serves, and she is committed to ensuring that underrepresented voices are included in conversations around AI development and policy.
Beyond her academic interests, Anika leads coding workshops for middle school girls, helping to demystify AI and machine learning concepts through creative, hands-on projects. Her experiences have strengthened her belief in early exposure and inclusive education as powerful drivers of change. Anika also enjoys classical dance, a discipline that fuels her appreciation for structure, storytelling, and expression. In her free time, she volunteers at a community center, where she supports digital literacy programs for seniors—combining compassion with her tech knowledge to build real-world connections.
