We are dedicated to breaking down barriers and stereotypes in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Our mission is to inspire women around the globe to embark on a career in one of these four areas, dream big, and most of all, believe in themself to reshape and change the future.

G.I.R.L.S. Organization, Generation of Innovators, Researchers, and Leaders in STEM, serves as a unifying medium aimed at bringing together females to collectively overcome the challenges of representation in STEM. In light of the exponentially growing world we live in today and opportunities that should arise for women, we have many more strides to make — and we are here to make them together.

Our timely news articles that underscore leaders carrying our movement, interviews that verbally highlight important information one can utilize in one’s everyday life, and interactive forums available to all viewers to safely discuss topics of relevance enable us to craft a community of like-minded individuals, all to conquer one, decisive goal - to achieve female empowerment in STEM.

G.I.R.L.S Organization entrusts in our community of female STEM leaders that together, we can break the barriers we face to date in the face of gender-biased fields in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Women around the world are constantly making significant advancements in the face of these fields yet are not receiving all due accolades or recognition. We aim to increase appreciation and awareness of the team of women in STEM behind these great innovations and companies and inspire young girls entering female-underrepresented fields to unlock their full capabilities.

We truly believe that by crafting a community of individuals that mutually and endlessly support one another, the more inclusive and beneficial the environment of STEM can be. If we can successfully craft a united front against the obstacles that face women in the science, technological, engineering, and mathematical fields, then it will be easier to break down the stereotypes and harmful attitudes that exist within these male-dominated disciplines.
